Special Event for Prospective Home Buyers

As I was driving home the other day, I heard an advertisement on the radio for a home buyer program that I am familiar with so I thought that I would share it with you.

From July 19 through July 23, 2008 the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) is holding a free workshop for homeowners who have mortgages that are higher than they can afford. NACA is a grassroots organization that educates and assists prospective homebuyers who are interested in purchasing a home. If you have owned a home before, you still may be eligible to purchase your next home using NACA as long as you do not currently own a home.

I have personnally assisted a number of my clients who purchased a home using NACA for financing. Even if you are looking to purchase a "fixer-upper" NACA can help. Note the features of the program:
  • No downpayment
  • No application fee
  • No closing costs
  • No requirement for perfect credit
  • No points
  • No Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI)

Register today by visiting NACA's website.

Enjoy the program and let us know what you thought about it.
